Personal Assistant to Student & Tour Guide

We are experienced Tour Guides based in Las Vegas, Nevada, seeking to hire a dedicated personal assistant to support our small business's growth and development. As part of the role, you will be assigned a daily schedule of tasks that will include the following:

- Answering calls and taking messages when we are unavailable.

- Hiring freelancers from platforms such as Fiverr or Upwork to assist with small projects such as designing email campaigns that align with our branding and design style.

- Categorizing daily transactions for bookkeeping purposes.

- One of us is finishing school in Archaeology and will ongoingly need help with building, managing, and distributing his CV to potential employers and Dig sites for temp work.

- Representing us online by posting in relevant Facebook groups, responding to questions, and building trust with potential clients through well-written, helpful responses that embody proper grammar and an American perspective.

- Lead Generating

- Managing our email marketing and reaching out to our past clients to promote upcoming tours of Ireland.
Assisting one of us in finding grant opportunities and completing application forms. You'll also help him apply for jobs on LinkedIn, manage his profile, and engage with posts on his behalf.

- Contacting our clients via email, text, and phone to encourage them to join our upcoming adventures.

We're looking for a candidate who's willing to learn and grow with us as this is a long-term opportunity. The ideal candidate should be an outstanding writer, have excellent English language skills, and be proficient in Excel, ActiveCampaign, and LinkedIn.

If selected to join our team, we offer 13th-month pay, flexibility in time off, occasional PTO, and commissions on sales (up to $300USD per sale). This is a freelance/contracted position, and pay is through the Wise app on a bi-weekly basis.


Mondays / Tuesdays / Thursdays /
Training hours are 12 pm - 5 pm
Hours of work are 9 am -5 pm
Rate of Pay is TBD based on your ---------- missions range from $20-$300 per sale. ( A serious seller can easily make up to $3000 a month )
More work/ hours will be made available to the right person over time.
We often move excelling tea ---------- mbers to a salary +commission after 180 Days.
