JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast growing short-term rental startup company on the east coast of the United States. We provide short-term stays for business professionals and families, in our properties across the United States, looking for a home away from home. Job Responsibilities:

Handle all guest communications on multiple marketing platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, ---------- and a few others in a timely manner.
Submit claims on marketing platforms
Handle all employee communications with the cleaning and maintenance team.
Attend weekly meetings.
Edit and create listing for properties on all platforms.
Other administrative task

Work Hours:

Need to be available 9 Am - 10:00 Pm US EST 7 days a week.
1-2 hours of actual communications work per week.
Flexible Vacations

Experience/Qualifications:

6+ months of experience in the short-term rental industry.
Strong writing, verbal communication, time management, and problem solving skills
6+ months experience with marketing platforms such as Aribnb, Vrbo, and ---------- .
Experience using communications platforms such as whastapp and slack.
