= We are looking for Full Time Tech Support person with these qualification:

Good Online technical skill.

Fast stable Internet and webcam for work from home.

Trustworthy, honest

Clear logic person

Highly organised

Detail oriented logical thinking

Willing to learn, resourceful

Good english level both writing and speaking (same level as IELTS English test 7+ )

Stable, reliable work ethic



= It is very important that you have a lot of experience with following tools/apps. If you haven't had much experience with these tools, you not fit this role:

Shopify website knowledge

WordPress website knowledge

Google drive, Google docs, Google sheet.

Basic google analytics, google search console,

online ticket system (freshdesk or zendesk)

task management (asana or trello)



You need to enjoy Technical customer service work, like interacting with customer via support ticketing system and online chat.

You MUST be willing to learn new Online Software and Tools, and can learn very fast.

Your available working hours should be Manila day time.

Job payment by end of every month.

Long term work loyalty bonus will be considered.
