Civil Engineer Estimator

Our company is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating project costs and ensuring that budgets are met. The candidate must be willing to work business hours 7am-4pm CST.

Responsibilities:
-Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine material and labor requirements.
-Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
-Monitor project costs and ensure that budgets are being met.
-Work closely with construction managers and contractors to develop accurate estimates.
-Identify potential cost-saving measures and make recommendations to improve project efficiency.
-Attend project meetings and provide technical expertise as needed.
-Prepare progress reports and other documentation related to project costs.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating construction projects.
-Proficient in using software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to construction and engineering.
-Willingness to work business hours CST.
-Strong, reliable internet connection and ability to communicate over Whatsapp
