Qualification:

To qualify for this position, candidates are expected to be:
- Living here in CEBU CITY
- Can be a Korean citizen who can speak fluent English OR
- Can be a Filipino that is able to read, write, and speak in Korean (it is a MUST)
- knows conversational and formal Korean
- Speak and understand FLUENTLY in English
- Can work 9HRS per day , Monday-Friday
- Full time position only.

Job Description

Specialist are expected to provide professional and efficient customer support via chat or email and inbound calls.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Accepts real time chats from customers and provide necessary resolution or assistance.
- Respond to customer's email with correct information.
- Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to follow up to ensure customer needs and expectation are satisfied.
- Determines appropriate action to resolve customer concern.
