Starting Pay: $500 Monthly Base Pay
Commission: $500 for every closed sale out of the appointments you booked.

We partner with clients to drive their business outcomes with best-in-class MODERN VIDEO PRODUCTION and SOCIAL MEDIA ADS DISTRIBUTION to help generate high-quality leads right to their phones. Responsibilities:
-Conduct research around the med spa or wellness industry and identify key decision makers.
-Build a list of these potential prospective clients.
-Craft effective scripts for cold calling and/or Email/SMS messaging.
-Conduct Outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, & other campaigns.
-Handle Inbound follow-ups and lead nurturing.
-Represent SM180 services and identify with prospective clients how our solutions meet their needs.
-Qualify these prospective clients and set-up meetings (sales calls) with the Sales Team.
-Connect with as many prospects as possible.
-Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships to qualify prospects as sales opportunities.
-Achieve KPIs and agreed daily, weekly and monthly targets.
-Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested qualified prospects.
-Report to the Sales Manager on Sales Results.

Requirements:

-At least 3 years in Inside Sales/Sales Development/High Ticket Appointment Setting
-Preferably with a Digital Marketing background.
-ISR/SDR experience in the beauty, health, and wellness industry is a PLUS!
-ISR/SDR Training and/or Certification is a PLUS!
-Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
-Must be able to handle rejection well.
-Comfortable with making calls throughout the day.
-Work-from-home setup with at least 20 mbps main internet service provider; 4GB RAM; at least an i5 processor.
-Backup internet connection with at least 20 mbps and backup power that can last up to 8 hours.
