community strategist

RuufPay is looking for a highly driven and experienced Community Strategist to join our team. As a Community Strategist, you will be in charge of creating and implementing strategies to increase engagement and development within the RuufPay community. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that messaging and branding are consistent across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
Create and implement initiatives to increase community participation and growth.
Plan and carry out online and offline community activities and initiatives.
Identify and engage critical people of the community, influencers, and advocates.
Work with the marketing team to create content and message that is relevant to the community.
Monitor and analyze community feedback and engagement metrics to inform future Upgrade to see actual inforve as a liaison between the community and the internal teams, providing insights and feedback to improve the product and user experience.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, news, and events that may impact the RuufPay community.
