We want to develop a business application for Iphone, android, that are capable of serving videos to clients that we upload to our server. The app needs to be capable of sending notifications to people who install the apps. You must provide proof that you have done this before and successfully can submit the apps to various entities such as Apple, Google Play, and an App that can be installed on a desktop. This will be a multi year job to the right person.
