PDF Document / Form Creation Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Fillable PDF Application Form Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a fair level of expertise in using Adobe Acrobat and will be responsible for creating and revising existing fillable PDF application forms and client documents.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain fillable PDF application forms and client documents
Work with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and document standardization
Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and meet our regulatory requirements
Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to identify and address any document-related issues
Ensure all documents are properly archived and accessible to the appropriate parties
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
At least 2 years of experience in creating and editing fillable PDF application forms
Experience using Adobe Acrobat
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Understanding of regulatory requirements related to client documents
