A Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring that customers have a great experience. Typically, the sales team or CEO will pass a customer off to a client success manager once the sale is completed. CSMs are responsible for onboarding new customers and providing support when necessary. Number One priority is to make sure customers and clients are happy.
DAILY TASKS:
Respond to CEO
Onboard New Clients
Setup New Client Workspace in Slack, Google Docs & Project Management System
Follow up on Customer Support Tickets (Escalated)
Resolve all Credit Card Disputes
Follow up on Assigned Task
Check In with CEO and add new tasks to Project Management System (Clickup)
Manage CEO Calendar
Manage Communication on ALL Social Media Channels
Send weekly progress reports to paid ad
