We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist in Billing to assist our customers with billing queries when using our products and services.
*Responsibilities
- Providing help and answers to the customers' billing issues.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with tea
- Concession of the customers' troubles by recommendation of products, services, or procedures instead of a refund.
- Follow up with customers in case of open disputes and work on getting them closed.
-Create and submit PDFs on time for the disputes opened by customers.
- Maintain excel sheets regarding refunds and the reason causing them.
- Coordinate with the development team regarding customer support queries

- This is a full-time position.
- You're someone who thrives working autonomously and doesn't need much (if any) oversight to get things done.
- This job is Monday-Saturday, we're looking for someone within time zones in the EST flexible to work hours for a week or so every month.

- At best, practical help desk or customer support experience
- High customer and service orientation
- Well-developed communication and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of operating systems and relevant software
- Good problem-solving skills and focus on quality
