**The Job:**
This role requires you to have a good understanding of a dental practice and the products used to support patients when getting dental treatment. You will be directly supporting clinics from sign up to retraining of staff.
**Your duties will encompass two key areas:**
**Clinic Support:** You will be the first point of contact for dental practices, providing guidance and support in using Invedent's software. You will ensure that all their requests are fulfilled, contributing to the efficient and effective operation of their practice.
- Provide technical support to dental professionals via
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of support processes and procedures related to using Invedent
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve support processes
- Continuously identify and implement new ways to improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency
**Data Management:** You will be responsible for creating dental products in Invedent's system, based on the support requests received. You will ensure that dental practices have all the necessary information and resources to place an order with Invedent, streamlining the process and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of product information in Invedent's system
- Maintain updated knowledge of dental products and industry trends
- Ensure dental practices have all the necessary information and resources to place an order using Invedent
- Streamline the ordering process for dental practices
- Respond to any data-related inquiries from dental practices
- Continuously improve data management processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
- Gather, analyse, and interpret large data sets to identify areas of improvement in the core data set
**Requirements:**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with large data sets and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel & Google Sheets.
- Experience in the dental industry
- Strong understanding of dental products and treatments used to treat patients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for helping others
- Can work remotely from 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
- Strong and reliable internet connection
