Virtual Assistant (Online Fitness Coaching)

I am looking for a virtual assistant for my online fitness coaching business whom I can trust to work with!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Start and respond to Instagram messages
- Nurture potential clients by following up with leads regularly
- Schedule sales calls
- Manage a contact list
- Keep online records of conversations started
- Provide customer service as first point of contact
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Proficient in English language
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity with Instagram
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
