Customer Service Representative with a Petroleum Engineering degree

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with experience working for oil and gas companies to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling exceptional customer service on behalf of one of our clients dealing with oil and gas and must be Petroleum Engineer

We are looking for a new addition to the team of goal-oriented Sidekicks! We need someone who is available with any schedule (day shift or night shift), full-time (40 hours/week), has had customer service experience, or is interested in working as a customer service agent in Sidekicks.

If you’re someone who is interested in working from home-based, can speak eloquently, has perfect grammar, can easily get along with other people, is trustworthy, and has no trouble submitting the deliverables on time, then you are exactly what we’re looking for!


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customers services through e-mail and chat
- Writing and responding to emails from customers
- Other duties related to admin and customer service

Requirements & Qualifications:
Must be Petroleum Engineer
Excellent written and spoken English
Can work full-time, is results-oriented
Can deliver the job on time
Inquisitive in daily activities
Has goals outside work com
Has experience with Email Client apps such as Groove, Zendesk and Freshdesk
Has extensive experience working as a customer support agent (emails and chat)
