Hiring An Experienced Marketing Assistant For A Skincare Company

We are hiring an experienced Marketing Virtual Assistant for an established skincare brand.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of professional marketing experience.
- Experience with email marketing
- Experience with Instagram and Facebook marketing and ads
- Experience with Influencer/affiliate marketing
- Experience creating detailed marketing plans and bringing them to fruition
- Experience with Shopify is helpful but not required
- Basic graphic design experience is helpful but not required
- Fast + stable internet connection.
- Exceptional writing quality. Should be able to write like a native English speaker and be familiar with the nuances of American English. You will be writing social media captions, emails, etc. so your English must be impeccable.
- High attention to detail. You will be posting to our social media accounts, analyzing campaign data, etc. To evaluate this on the application, in the section that asks how did you hear about us, please list your favorite color.

Job Description:

- You will be over all things marketing and the “right hand” to the owner. You will create the content calendar, plan sales, schedule posts on social media, engage with the audience on social media, send out email newsletters, assist with competitive analysis, etc. You must be creative and results-driven.
- In the future, you will likely oversee a team, so management experience and the ability to work with others is important. However, initially, it will be you and the owner collaborating with occasional assistance from their virtual assistant and graphic designer.

Benefits:

- The time of day your work is flexible. However, you must be online at least 2-3 hours daily during USA hours to chat with the owner. Overall, your work time is very flexible as long as you are hitting 40 hours a week.
