Video Editor for Short Form Content

I specialize in sports content and am looking for a video editor for short-form videos (under 60-seconds). Need to be able to use either Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premier Pro, or FinalCut Pro. Main tasks will include adding images and text to the videos to correspond to the sports questions. Would prefer applicants to be familiar with popular sports and athletes, including NBA, NFL, MLB, and UFC.
