Wefulfil is a dropshipping company that has been providing e-commerce sellers One-Stop Solution for eight years. We are looking for a pre-sales account manager who can join our dynamic and growing team. We at Wefulfil are already planning to launch our pre-sales customer service-based company in the Philippines in the next few years. This will be a great opportunity to tap into the fast-growing e-commerce market and serve our customers better. As a pre-sales account manager, you will be responsible for serving our existing and potential customers and guiding them to cooperate with us. You will also enjoy a competitive salary that is based on your performance and results.

Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp
Video Call Meeting with some big users
Provide information about our services and products
Negotiate and guide customers to cooperate with us
Find the customers we need through Facebook or E-commerce Community
Maintain customer relationships and satisfaction
Assist tea ---------- mbers to complete some basic task

Required Skills:
Fluent spoken English
At least a year of experience in customer service
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of dropshipping and e-commerce platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm (UTC+8)
Saturday Working Hours: 8:30 am-12:00 am (UTC+8)
During working hours you can get lunchtime but must make sure to work 8 hours every day.



Job Benefits:
1. It is based on the legal holidays of your country. And the company will still pay for it.
2. Anyone working for Wefulfil over 1 year will get 5 paid-off days yearly.
3. Anyone working for Wefulfil over 1 year will get an extra one month's salary (basic+ level salary without ratio) year-end 13th month Bonus

Payment:
Every month 10th is our payment day. The company will send it to your Payoneer account.
