Complete an SEO Audit with an Implementation Plan - On-Page as Key Focus / Off-Site as Strategy Recommendations

We need an SEO Audit of our brand's websites to improve SEO and optimize for organic page rankings and search exposure - with the end goal of increasing organic site traffic and website conversion.

Our site(s) are built in Shopify:
We need to review our current page setup and structure, be educated on up-to-date SEO best practices, then have someone plan and execute the implementation of:
Title Tags
Meta Data
Headers (H1, H2, H3 - if needed?)
Image Descriptions
Image Alt Tags
Other recommendations - what else can we do to improve on-page content and gain additional organic traffic?
Off-site recommendations/suggestions - what else could we be doing that would help organic search page rankings and traffic?

This project will require someone who works well independently, understands keywords and website SEO and brings ideas/strategy to complete the execution plan. You make the recommendations. You make the updates and teach us how to as ---------- timating this to be a 3 to a 5-month project - with the potential for ongoing work for the right person
