Virtual Assistance for Medical Practice, 3-4 hours/week of data entry

I require someone that can access my computer remotely using TeamViewer and use our Electronic Medical Records system to complete some charting/notes and submit some billing.  The notes are already typed out in a Notepad document and simply required to be cut and paste into the appropriate chart with the correct date.  There is also a component of submitting bills which is straight forward.  I require this service 3-4 days per week for 1 hour each day (there are usually 20-40 notes that require 1-2 minutes of work for each at most).
