We are seeking an individual with people skills and charisma to add to our Real Estate investment team, We buy properties and sell them to Rehabbers or other Investors. The perfect candidate will have the following skills:
Vetting and Negotiation skills - telephone/sms/email
Understanding the investment goals of the company and filtering out deals that don't align with those goals.
Knowledge of pre-foreclosures in Real Estate
Compassion for distressed homeowners while negotiating/vetting deals - a people person
Main Tasks:
Follow up from Inbound Marketing:
Sellers looking to sell their house
Rehabbers looking to purchase wholesale deals
Downtime Tasks:
Initiate Cold Calling from our list of potential motivated sellers
MUST HAVES:
Ability to have compassion for people going through a bad situation ( foreclosure )
Ability to negotiate within the parameters of our goals to purchase real estate from distressed sellers
Ability to ensure matching data between CRM and Database system
Ability to Cold Call
You must know how Real Estate investing works and have the determination to get the good deals further down the pipeline. We prefer that you are a people person and have the ability to build rapport with someone over the course of several phone conversations.
Pay is based on experience. Hours are flexible but you must work 40 hours per week.
