Part Time Graphic Designer -- And Potentially will turn into Full Time!!!

We are looking for a part time graphic designer. This position could turn into full time work down the road. The person should possess the following skills:

Adobe illustrator / vector design skills
Adobe Photoshop / raster design skills
A strong eye for design and layout
Good use of colors
A good understanding of fonts
Knowledge in print layout, photo editing, button making, web design, business card design, graphic design, logo design, etc

The person should be the following:
Self motivated
Asks good questions
Listens to instructions
Completes projects on time
Integrity
Responsive

Criteria:

3-5 years experience required.

Workload: currently about 5-20hrs a month
Pay rate: varied based on experience
