JOB OVERVIEW

Hello, My name is Tamir

I am the owner of several retail companies in Las Vegas.

I am looking to transfer all of my office work remotely for the PH.

I am starting the hiring process and I am looking first for someone to handle all of my accounts payable. The job will include contacting all of my vendors, receiving invoices, checking the accuracy of the invoices, inputting the invoices in quickbooks, and after we establish good and reliable working relations, also issuing payments to the vendors.

My company has 8 retail locations with over 50 ---------- addition to the bookeeping and accounts payable, another responsibility will be to go over each of the store's daily sales, and input data into the system. Our employees are making bonuses on a daily basis and the job will consist inputting data into excel on a daily basis and eventually input data for employees salary.

Must have experience in:
Quickbooks
Accounts payable
Data entry to excel

The job is for 40 hours/week, full time only. Projected salary is between $700-$800 a month. Raises will be given over time if the job is performed well.
