• I have been building websites and doing online marketing for over 6 years
• I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way
• I am very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
• I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)
• I own an [American (U.S.)] Company located in the [state of Wisconsin]


ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Create websites on wordpress with features like esteemdigital / hazsim / sjjanis and others shown on awwwards/awards-of-the-day/
• Build small 5 page websites with 3-5 articles, add pictures, plugins
• Setup social media accounts
• Do online research
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay daily for 1st week, then every two weeks after
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
