Title: Contract Web Developer for Website Migration (WordPress & Linux Apache)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and independent web developer to join our team on an ongoing contract basis. The primary responsibility of this role will be to transform and migrate client websites to various platforms, including WordPress and Linux Apache. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mind, be task-oriented, and have a proven track record of successfully completing similar projects.

Responsibilities:

Migrate and transform client websites to different platforms, such as WordPress and Linux Apache
Ensure websites are fully functional and properly formatted after migration
Work independently to manage time and tasks effectively without direct supervision
Maintain clear and effective communication in English throughout the project lifecycle
Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and best practices to provide optimal solutions for clients
Requirements:

Proficient in HTML4, HTML5, and other modern web technologies
Strong knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, and other related technologies
Previous experience in migrating websites between various platforms, particularly WordPress and Linux Apache
Demonstrable experience in handling website migrations of various sizes (10-40 pages)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to challenges
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work independently without a team
A portfolio showcasing relevant work examples
