Healthcare Marketing Manager

• 3-4 years experience preferred as a medical marketing manager in a virtual assistant role
• Experience with medical billing and medical terminology preferred
• Advanced knowledge of WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics
• Vast experience in planning and executing SEO/SEM strategy and ad campaigns
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods; use research and analysis to improve a website's ranking on search engines
• Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
• Experience with other aspects of marketing such as lead generation, customer growth, and promotion
• Strong working knowledge of G Suite and MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Teams)
• Familiarity with email, online meeting software (like Zoom), online chat/instant messaging, and group sharing platforms (like Slack or Microsoft Teams)
• Experience with data entry projects and digital forms
• Excellent note-taking skills and detail oriented with the ability to follow directions
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to complete tasks with little supervision
• Fluent and confident in American English, spoken and written (email, phone, etc.) with a positive and friendly attitude
• Reside in a major city with excellent internet connection
