Virtual Assistant for Shopify Brand Australia

We are looking for an experienced virtual assistant who has previously worked with online e-commerce businesses (preferably in Australia).

This role will involve the following;
• Answering emails daily to customers
• Full-filling orders through Shopify
• Responding to >Facebook comments
• Using ASANA or task management software
• Speaking with suppliers via Skype, Asana, and WeChat

Required Experience;
• English proficiency
• Emailing customers
• Great customer service skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Eager to learn and model the brand guidelines
• Fulfilment of Shopify orders
• Reliable internet connection

The role will mainly involve you answering customer concerns about their order or product. You will be given all required access and the necessary training to board this role. The applicant must be fast, effective and have previous experience with being a virtual assistant for an online business. A great understanding of English and written English is required as a lot of the work will be completed via email.
