Operations Manager - ECommerce Brand

Are you a great Operations Manager with a great track record in handling management and operations?
We are currently looking for an Operations Manager who will ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way. He is responsible for improving the operational management systems, processes, and ---------- sential Responsibilities:
1. Team management
2. Project implementation - promos etc.
3. Mentoring/training the team
4. Hold the team accountable
5. Make sure we have unlimited ad creatives (testimonials)
6. Make sure ads are profitable
7. Hit the monthly and quarterly quota
8. Maintaining quality standards
9. Reduce the cost of goods/supplies
10. Supplier/third-party negotiation
11. Manage the inventories
Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of experience in team management.
2. Experience in eCommerce business is a plus.
3. Experience in any Operations/Managerial Position or any related job in a demand planning/forecasting role
4. Data analytics skill set for inventory planning
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. NO EXISTING CLIENT/CLIENTS
