Human Resource - Trainer (Permanent Work from Home)

Health First Group is looking for an online trainer to complete employee training for onboarding and ongoing skills development with our administration team an Australian-based company.

Work Duration: Long-term
Working Schedule: 40hrs per week

Qualifications:

> At least 1-year experience as a trainer and assessor
> Demonstrable experience assessing similar subject matter
> A high level of English language proficiency is a must.
> Fair, meticulous, and swift approach to assessment
> Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities:

> Deliver training and assessment services via Google meets.
> Conduct support sessions with staff and regularly contact staff to provide support and feedback to all staff to ensure the successful completion of the material.
> Monitor, mark, and conduct employee assessments
> Plan, review, and improve training and assessment materials, including participating in assessment validation/moderation for continuous improvement.
> Record, and update existing training manuals, presentations, and videos.
> Complete individual and group training sessions with administrators.
> Become a subject matter expert with patient management systems, business processes, and procedures.
> Create an engaging and positive learning environment for employees
