JOB OVERVIEW

You will work from home and remotely resolve customer support issues via Phone & Remote Support Software. You will need troubleshooting skills for Mobile applications, Mobile Devices to serve our customers who are using our mobile devices.

Customer Support that includes:
- Remotely troubleshoots and resolves problems on Smart Walkie Devices
- Attends to customer enquiries through phone calls or emails
- Enhance Customer Support Documents, User Guide and Website FAQ
- Provides virtual training for New Customers
- Pre- Deployment Setup
- Generate monthly usage reports for Customers and Finance
- KPI: Achieve good Post-Support Customer Satisfaction Rating

Future Growth Path: If you contribute 2 years well in your customer support role, your learnt skills and experience will aid you in future specialised roles like Quality Assurance, Customer Support, Operations and Process and Trainer.

Requirements
- Must have a good understanding of desktop/mobile applications with troubleshooting knowledge and mindset
- Good English communication skills
- Good English writing skills and typing speed
- Good interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude and pleasant voice
- Customer oriented with a positive mindset
- Self Discipline and Equipment to work from home
