168 PHP/hr base + commissions (average ~28,000 PHP per deal)

Hours: Full time, 9am-6pm EST Monday-Friday

Hiring a remote Acquisition Manager for our land buying company.
Your job is to analyze and make offers on vacant land in the ---------- experience in real estate required. Willing to train the right person.

Job duties include:
Due diligence on parcels of land, including determining market value
Making verbal offers and negotiating with sellers
Following up with leads

Ideal candidate traits:
Self-motivated
History of top performance in a sales position
Open to feedback and ready to learn
