Hi! I have been working successfully with a Philippines VA for 8 years. She is busy with her family commitments and I am looking to hire someone else to fill the gap initially, with a view to giving you more responsibility as time goes on. The work will start freelance and may progress into part time if successful. I do not require a full time VA.
The work involves:
- Organising appointments by email, SMS and occasionally telephone (I provide scripts etc so you do not need to think too much about what to say)
- Checking bank payments against receipts to make sure all payments are accurate
- Directing my contractors to work on maintenance projects in the UK, collecting their completed job sheets by email, checking they have done the work required and making payments (I have provided full systems - all you need to do is follow it)
- Using amazon, ebay, and comparison sites to get me the best deals for materials that I need for my business
- Checking KPI's (I have an online dashboard) for my business and alerting me if there is anything I need to check
You will need
1. To have a very good eye for detail and enjoy the process of completing tasks.
2. At least 3 years experience as a VA with English speaking clients
3. To be available occasionally early UK time to discuss projects
4. To be willing to use your own initiative to get things done :)
