Part Time Content Creator and Editor for Real Estate Podcast and YouTube Show

Job Description:
We are looking for a part time skilled content creator and editor to join our team for our popular real estate podcast and YouTube show. The job involves creating and editing high-quality audio and video content for the show, and creating 2-5 short videos each week from existing content. You are only required to work for 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
* Edit and produce high-quality audio and video content for the podcast and YouTube show
* Create 2-5 short videos per week from existing content
* Work with the host to ensure the final product meets quality standards
* Manage post-production workflows, including audio and video editing
* Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content for social media
* Maintain accurate records of all content produced

Qualifications:
* Must have experience creating video contents and reels for social media
* Expertise in audio and video editing software
* Good at meeting deadlines
* Excellent use of English language and attention to details
