Digital Media Manager

This is a full-time position, fully remote. Hours are flexible based on your time zone, but availability every day is expected.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing a Philippines-based remote digital media team of 4 people.
Must have strong written and verbal English skills
Must have experience managing a team
Must have the highest speed internet connection possible, over 90 mbs per second. Speed test is ---------- puter and technology setup must support large file video editing including
Computer built for gaming is ideal
Video card should be at least 2gb
core i5 or i7 processor
Expert in one or two of the following Software:
-Adobe Premiere Pro, Knowledge of After Effects is a plus but not required
-Adobe XD (for website previews)
Must have solid experience using Wordpress. Must be able to create and edit pages, use various wordpress plugins, use both the front end and back end editor and other advanced wordpress skills.
Must be comfortable communicating via Telegram and also live on Zoom occasionally
Responsible for quality control over all digital media content produced by the Media Team; must have excellent attention to detail
Responsible for setting deadlines and helping media team manage workload to meet quick-turn around projects
