Simone Pearce is currently seeking a talented and experienced Multi-Skilled Virtual Assistant to join her team. We are looking for a proactive and versatile individual with a diverse skill set who can support our business operations and help drive growth. If you have a keen eye for design, exceptional English skills, and are comfortable wearing multiple hats, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize diaries, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
• Provide exceptional written and verbal communication support to tea
• Manage and maintain online inventory systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
• Develop and execute social media strategies, creating engaging content and managing posting schedules
• Assist with basic WordPress tasks, including content updates and minor site maintenance
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for tea
• Perform bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and budget management
• Conduct product research to identify new opportunities and analyze market trends
• Craft compelling copy for marketing materials, blog posts, and social media content
• Act as a liaison between the company and suppliers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication
• Collaborate with tea
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in online inventory management systems and tools
• Experience in managing and executing social media strategies
• Familiarity with diary management and meeting arrangements
• Basic knowledge of WordPress and website maintenance
• Demonstrable experience in bookkeeping and financial management
• Strong research and analytical skills for product research and market analysis
• Proven copywriting abilities
• A genuine interest in design and an understanding of design principles
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
