Amazon VA- Mainly OA

Hello we are young company who operates in USA marketplace.We have 2 Va who are working part time every day, we are expanding and looking for 1 more Va for part time or full time work.
Looking for Va who can work every day, because in this business model consistent is key.
We also like to source replenishable items, maybe sales volume is not that big, around 50 drops per month will be okey and profit starting from 3 $(we have prep cost and amazon sales tax already included in sas)
We do not like to source from big retailers like Walmart, target etc, if you have expierence sourcing from different retailers that will be advantage.
I am sure that I have lot of requests from you guys, so I will ONLY answer those who will describe previos expierence in this field must be worked before as sourcer not only finished va ---------- IS MUST
First week will pay you per deal base 5 $ per good deal, if you can provide 2-5 good deals per day we can hire you for hourly base starting from 3 $/h.
We have several courses available also to learn and be more confident about your sourcing, looking only for long term, as we invest time in you, we are working as one team, where each of you help other.
