We are seeking a talented and experienced Podcast Booker to join our team and secure podcast opportunities for our clients. As a Podcast Booker, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our clients' reach and increasing their visibility through podcast appearances.

Responsibilities:

-Identifying and researching relevant podcasts that align with our client's target audience, industry, and expertise.
-Reaching out to podcast hosts and producers to pitch our clients as potential guests, showcasing their expertise and unique perspectives.
-Managing all aspects of the booking process, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with podcast hosts and producers.
-Coordinating with our clients to prepare them for podcast interviews, providing talking points, and conducting mock interviews as needed.
-Maintaining organized records of podcast opportunities, communications, and results.
-Building and nurturing relationships with podcast hosts, producers, and industry contacts to expand our network and increase podcast booking opportunities.
-Staying updated on industry trends, news, and relevant topics to identify potential podcast opportunities for our clients.
-Providing regular reports and updates to our clients on their podcast bookings and results.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in booking clients for podcasts or similar media opportunities.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and represent our clients professionally.
-Strong research skills to identify relevant podcasts for our clients and stay updated on industry trends.
-Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Familiarity with podcasting platforms, scheduling tools, and other relevant software.
-Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with podcast hosts, producers, and industry contacts.
-Ability to adapt to changing client needs and preferences.
