JOB OVERVIEW

Answering Telephone calls, Responding to Inquiries via phone, text, email.
Tracking the Tickets on customers repairs and updating customers and technicians on the ---------- nning daily projection reports to track sales, Google Ads, and inquiry quantities.
Resolving Customer Complaints.
Ordering Product Weekly.
Monitoring store cameras to track product placements as well as monitor employees.
