Digital Marketing Specialist (Email & Social Media)

Location: Australia, +10GMT

Position Type: Part-Time (10-20 hours per week)

Salary: $5-$10 per hour (based on experience and results generated)

We are a digital agency based in Australia, and we are currently seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in email and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating effective email campaigns using tools such as Klayvio and other email marketing software. They should also have experience in social media marketing, with the ability to create content calendars and produce engaging content for our clients and our own brands.

We work mainly with cannabis clients, so an interest in this industry is highly ---------- ndidates with SEO skills and experience in automation building are preferred.

Responsibilities:

Creating email campaigns using Klayvio and other email marketing tools
Writing effective emails and optimizing them for high open and click-through rates
Maintaining regular content calendars for social media channels
Creating engaging content for our clients and our own brands
Collaborating with our graphic designer to create visually appealing email campaigns and social media content
Conducting A/B testing to improve campaign performance
Monitoring and reporting on campaign metrics and KPIs
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email and social media marketing

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, with a focus on email and social media marketing
Strong understanding of email marketing tools such as Klayvio
Experience creating effective email campaigns and optimizing them for high open and click-through rates
Proficient in creating social media content calendars and producing engaging content
Familiarity with SEO best practices and automation building
Knowledge of the cannabis industry is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Clickup Experience prefered
Availability to work in the Australian timezone (+10GMT)
