Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Amazon Claim VA to manage claims for our Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) store. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and filing claims for various issues such as customer returns, lost or damaged inventory, and overcharged FBA fees. The ideal candidate should have experience with Amazon Seller Central and be familiar with Amazon's policies and procedures for filing claims.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing customer returns and determining eligibility for reimbursement claims
Filing claims for lost or damaged inventory and tracking the status of the claims
Reviewing FBA fees and filing claims for overcharged fees
Monitoring inventory levels and filing claims for discrepancies in inbound and removal orders
Communicating with Amazon's customer service team to resolve claim issues
Providing regular reports on the status of claims and reimbursements to management
Staying up-to-date with Amazon's policies and procedures for filing claims
Requirements:

Prior experience managing claims for Amazon FBA stores
Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and third-party tools for managing claims
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Familiarity with Amazon's policies and procedures for filing claims
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field preferred
