Marketing Manager/Head Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a full-time 30-hour-a-week marketing manager/virtual assistant to help us with our fast-paced and growing digital marketing agency.

We are looking for the right individual that is a good fit for us.

We are hoping this individual will grow with us. This individual will possess the qualities of being a self-starter and extremely diligent with attention to detail.

-Strong English is required.
-An Internet speed of 40 Mbps internet speed is required
-Preferably in a major metropolitan area

Must be able to work U.S. business hours

Previous Facebook advertising experience is a huge bonus

Your duties will include:

You will make sure the client is set up properly in the Facebook business manager
You will build client Facebook campaigns with creative briefs
Be able to handle multiple client accounts and manage their ad spend
Follow standard operating procedures for all of our advertising procedures
Assist in the day-to-day tasks of managing website projects
Help us execute lead generation by following our outreach systems
Assist our sales team with CRM tasks
Setup and build client portals in our CRM product

We have standard operating procedures and training for all the tasks we will require. We will train and work with the right individual!
