Job Overview
We're seeking a full time VA admin superstar for a LONG TERM position.

We specialize in putting together and running exciting, educational tours for our clients who are looking to experience a one-of-a-kind travel experience in Cuba.
Our growing and busy travel company ( Culturalislandtravel.com ) is building a team of motivated, intelligent, customer oriented VA’s who are tasked with assisting our clients
Through taking care of all of the back end work that is including in the booking process.
You will be undertaking these various job responsibilities in our customer service role.
• Memorizing our 20 page FAQ which includes the majority of questions you will be asked by travelers who need extra clarification regarding their flights, hotels, travel activities, itineraries, tour guides, currency exchange rates and more.
• Dealing with customer technical issues when are customers are having a difficult time working with our technology.. such as digital document signing, issues with uploading passports ect.
• Working with grumpy customers and helping to calmly / cheerfully resolve their issues with our service. Most of our customers happen to be nice people however you will bump into a few who will be angry and frustrated. As their dedicated customer support rep It’s your job to show understanding and quickly remedy their issues.
• Booking Flights/Hotels for our clients
• Learning the in’s and outs of our back-end tech systems like Infusionsoft /Docusign and Smartsheets. You will be given full training ( and a test ) on each of these softwares. This is how we manage customer information and automate our systems. In order to help customers you will need to have a full understanding of these systems and the way we use them so if a customer has a question you can independently gather the information needed to help them out.
