IMMEDIATE HIRE: Social Media Video Editor Wanted. Weekly Pay + Bonuses + Sick/Vacation Leave

I’m hiring for a full-time Social Media Video Editor to work with my marketing agency.

- Edits in Adobe Premiere & After Effects

- I give performance bonuses for exceptional work (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)
- My agency is located in the US, in the state of Pennsylvania

**JOB DUTIES:**

- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, and YouTube Shorts
- Add captions, animations, emojis, SFX, and more to videos
- Turn boring videos into engaging content that keeps the viewer watching all the way until the end
- Proofread and fix grammatical errors and incorrect words in Adobe Premiere auto-transcriptions (IMPORTANT!)
- Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week

**COMPENSATION PLAN:**

- Paid weekly (you must submit invoice)
- Performance bonuses for great work
- 13th Month/Christmas Bonus
- Pay raises awarded based on performance
- For every month that you work, you will receive one paid day for sick/vacation leave (12 Days per Year)
- 7 paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
