Company Overview: Great Northern Popcorn and PetMaker Brands are two well-established companies that specialize in designing, manufacturing, and distributing high-quality popcorn machines, popcorn carts, and pet products. We are looking for an eCommerce Manager to join our team and help us grow our online sales through our Shopify and Kalvio websites.

Job Overview: The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Great Northern Popcorn and PetMaker Brands websites to increase online sales and customer engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute eCommerce strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize the Shopify and Kalvio websites to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Develop and implement eCommerce strategies and initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns to drive sales and engagement.
• Manage and analyze website analytics and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Work with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience from browsing to purchase.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably in the consumer products industry.
• Strong experience with Shopify and Kalvio platforms.
• Proven track record of increasing online sales and customer engagement.
• Experience in developing and executing eCommerce strategies and initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing website analytics and metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
