I also run a digital marketing agency that does outbound lead generation with LinkedIn/email/social media I'd like some help with.

1. Developing and executing marketing strategies: You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost sales. This includes identifying target audiences, setting marketing goals, and selecting appropriate marketing channels.
2. Conducting market research: You will need to research the market to understand consumer needs, trends, and competition. This will help you identify opportunities and create effective marketing campaigns.
3. Managing marketing campaigns: You will oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. You will also be responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and making adjustments as needed.
4. Collaborating with product development: You will work with product development teams to ensure that new products meet customer needs and are marketed effectively. You will also be responsible for providing feedback on product development to ensure that products meet the needs of your target audience.
5. Building and managing a team: You will need to build a team of marketing professionals to help execute your marketing plans. This includes hiring, training, and managing staff, as well as setting goals and objectives for the team.
6. Analyzing data: You will need to analyze marketing data, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to make informed decisions about marketing strategies and campaigns. You will also be responsible for reporting on marketing performance to senior leadership.
7. Collaborating with other departments: You will need to work closely with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned with your marketing goals and objectives.

Overall, your role as Director of Marketing will be critical to the success of the e-commerce project selling men's skin care products, as you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
