JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced AppSheet developer to join our team and develop a complex workflow with nine steps that includes multiple updates based on other parts of the workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AppSheet development and be able to build and maintain complex workflows efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Develop a nine-step workflow using AppSheet to streamline the customer service request process
Create a customer base lookup system and a vehicle list that is related to the customer for easy selection
Develop a check list activation process that can be completed by the technician and generate a work needed estimate
Ensure that the estimate is verified by the service adviser, or in case of any hiccups, by the service writer
Generate an interactive work order for checking off services that are completed, including printing an oil change static sticker when necessary
Update the work order interactively for approval/declined services by the service adviser
Save approved and declined services in the customer profile for follow-up
Develop a payment status system that generates and prints invoices for the service writer to collect payment.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
Proven experience with AppSheet development and the ability to build complex workflows
Excellent understanding of relational databases and SQL queries
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, especially Agile
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
