About Us:
We are an up-and-coming e-commerce brand looking to grow our online presence and audience. We believe in offering quality products and creating engaging content that resonates with our customers. As our brand grows, we are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Virtual Assistant who can help us with various tasks, including social media and content management. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for social media, content creation, and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
TikTok Organic Account Management:
Develop, plan, and execute creative TikTok content in line with our brand's voice and style.
Engage with our audience through likes, comments, shares, and direct messages.
Monitor and analyze the account's performance, and adjust the content strategy
Create and schedule visually appealing Instagram posts, stories, and reels that align with our brand identity.
Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages and participating in relevant conversations.
Monitor and analyze the account's performance to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
Managing Blogs:
Coordinate with the content team to publish, schedule, and maintain high-quality blog content.
Optimize blog content for SEO, readability, and user engagement.
Monitor blog performance and contribute to the development of content strategies.
Managing Comments on all Platforms:
Monitor and respond to comments on TikTok, Instagram, and our blog in a timely and professional
Foster a positive and engaging community atmosphere.
Supporting with Content Editing and Repurposing:
Proofread and edit content, ensuring it meets our brand's voice and style guidelines.
Assist in repurposing content for different platforms and formats, maximizing reach and engagement.
Collaborate with the content team to develop new content ideas based on audience preferences and feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing social media accounts (TikTok and Instagram) and blogs, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and platform-specific features.
Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to content creation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Creative thinker, open to sharing new ideas and learning from feedback.
