XERO Payroll Expert

Hi there!

We are a Perth (Western Australia) based building business - ???????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????.

We are looking for a XERO Payroll expert to help with our team of 6 employees.

The role will be ongoing on a fortnightly basis. Payroll is run on a Tuesday every fortnight. Timesheets are usually submitted on a Sunday night so you will be required to complete the tasks on a Monday and Tuesday.

Your purpose will be to complete the following:
• Check timesheets submitted for hours worked, Australian public holidays and annual leave accruals
• Complete payroll
• Create payruns in XERO
• Complete other administrative tasks assigned
• Check timesheets of other Vas in the team
• Provide reports to the General Manager
• Complete audits from time to time

Our desired applicant qualities must be:
• A high level of attention to detail and quality
• Strong experience in XERO and Microsoft excel
• Knowledgeable on use of other Microsoft applications
• A solid work ethic, reliable and punctual
