Retail/Wholesale E-commerce Wordpress Web Design and periodic updates

I would like you to create a professional functional retail/wholesale e-commerce website. We sell lenticular pictures and will need gif images on the site that can show how the pictures change. We will have a retail side that anyone can access. We need a wholesale that is restricted and clients need to create an account and have it approved in order to get access to. In the wholesale account we need to put in pricing based on quantity, and be able to lock customers in at the lower pricing if possible. We also need to be able to take payment through the account, and customers cards need to be verified. We currently use authorize.net and square for payment processing so we could link one of them to the website, and we need to be able to calculate shipping through the account, and if possible have shipping labels automatically created when orders are placed.
