Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and outstanding customer service.
Communicating with customers through various customer channels. (Social Media, Email, Phone call)
Identifying customer questions, concerns, and overall needs, and responding promptly, and providing accurate answers and solutions.
Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner.
Be knowledgeable in the operational process and follow operations procedures.
Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
Performing other duties as the need arises.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Must be capable of thinking logically meaning thinking outside the box
More than 1 year of Customer service experience is a must
Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written)
Average computer literacy
Motivated, energetic and driven work ethic
Outgoing, friendly and compassionate personality
Time management skills
Ability to work independently or with a team
Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure
Ability to work with less supervision
