Project Manager for Clothing Production & Ordering

his is an opportunity to work for a small family owned American company.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the CEO and Owner of the business. The business is based in the USA and operates retail stores and a website. This work will be done during USA working hours of 10am to 6pm central time.

This jobs involves complex and difficult tasks. Entry level or beginner Project Managers should not apply. General VA’s will also not be considered.

You must be smart to follow our detailed processes. We will notice problems very quickly and not hesitate to part ways with those who do not perform well.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage production schedules
- Source clothing from factories around the world using Alibaba
- Manage and maintain inventory levels through forecasting and continuous monitoring.
- Issue and manage purchase order process
- Prepare reports regarding stores’ conditions and merchandise costs
- Work with stores receiving products to insure that purchases are inspected to ensure quality of purchased products as they arrive
- Develop new products.
- Research and negotiate regularly to get the best pricing on products
- Research and evaluate vendors.
- Maintain inventory levels and insure inventory accuracy.
- Review retail pricing for accuracy.
- Oversee and delegate to merchandising employees.
